etc

Will upload a 1:4.3.0~rc1-2 to fix this - aka (temporarily) use a hardlink...

Actually that doesn't seem like the full story. ln (or even cp) for images.zip
doesn't work. Actually that seems to only work when I also install tango
an do the ln/cp thing.

WTF...

I install the tango style and it works for me.

Thanks for this workaround :)

Bug#661818: libreoffice: some menu icons are missing

The GNOME/KDE Menu or the Debian menu?

Could you check this ?

For the former:

# grep Icon /usr/share/applications/libreoffice-*desktop
/usr/share/applications/libreoffice-base.desktop:Icon=libreoffice-base
/usr/share/applications/libreoffice-calc.desktop:Icon=libreoffice-calc
/usr/share/applications/libreoffice-draw.desktop:Icon=libreoffice-draw
/usr/share/applications/libreoffice-impress.desktop:Icon=libreoffice-impress
/usr/share/applications/libreoffice-math.desktop:Icon=libreoffice-math
/usr/share/applications/libreoffice-startcenter.desktop:Icon=libreoffice-startcenter
/usr/share/applications/libreoffice-writer.desktop:Icon=libreoffice-writer

And those files are there:

e.g.

/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-calc.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-math.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-main.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-base.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-draw.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-printeradmin.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-writer.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-impress.png

For the latter:

# grep icon /usr/share/menu/libreoffice-*
/usr/share/menu/libreoffice-base:
icon="/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-base.xpm"
/usr/share/menu/libreoffice-calc:
icon="/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-calc.xpm"
/usr/share/menu/libreoffice-draw:
icon="/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-draw.xpm"
/usr/share/menu/libreoffice-impress:
icon="/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-impress.xpm"
/usr/share/menu/libreoffice-math:
icon="/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-math.xpm"
/usr/share/menu/libreoffice-writer:
icon="/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-writer.xpm"

And those files are there:

# dpkg -L libreoffice-common | grep xpm
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-base.xpm
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-printeradmin.xpm
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-writer.xpm
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-calc.xpm
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-math.xpm
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-draw.xpm
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-impress.xpm
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-startcenter.xpm
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/libreoffice-main.xpm

So you really need to give more info. I currently don't have full sid
system to check, but it looks OK to me.

Regards,

Rene

Hi,

It seem to be a KDE issue !

When I try to edit menu via kde menu editor, I can see all icons !

I tried to select them, and save, it works good but in application launcher, writer and
calc icons are missing.

In Lancelot application launcher, that icons are missing but when I put the mouse on them,
I can see them !

Is there something different in the format between writer, calc and others
icons ?

Regards

Mourad

Bug#560366: [nvidia-kernel-source] new upstream version

2009-12-10 Thread newbeewan

Package: openoffice.org-impress
Version: 1:3.1.1-9

Severity: important
Priority: normal

Hi !

There are big trouble in the slide sorter of openoffice impress !

If I try to select some slides with ctrl key to select only some slide, the selection
start be completly erratic (changing selection at each mouse click, deselect selected
slide, re-select it, select a group of unselected slides...) !!!

That make the slide sorter unusable !

Thanks to take care of that, it is a old bug, but it is the first time I report
it...

Package: openoffice.org
Version: 1:3.0.0-4

Severity: important

Hi,

It using openoffice.org 3.0 for some times now and I encounter a regression
from the 2.4.x.

In the previous version, when I insert document from scanner, and it was
working pretty well.

With OOo 3.0 :
If my webcam was plugged, I can't use my scanner correctly (changing the source
as no effect).
If my webcam is off, I can access to my scanner but no preview mode is available (it does
a full scan !) and I have only 2 resolutions available : 75dpi or 4800 ! and no other
parameters visible such as contrast, quality and so on... as it was before !

My scanner is a HP 6280 all in one using ethernet connection and hplip (2.8.6.b-3) and
sane (1.0.14-7)

I can reproduce it every time !
