 He asks why he has these entries in his apache log. The given IP addres is the 
one of debian.spnet.net, the first bulgarian mirror of Debian. The letter's 
subject is Question?.
 I'm telling him, that this is a ML with english language prefered and he 
should not use bulgarian, even when it's written in latin ;) And also if there 
is a problem, to write to the admins of Spectrum.Net, not to Debian.

I think it would be ok to mention Debian's own (tm) in the footer, but I agree

page, I feel it is right that Debian mentions its own directly in the page 
footer.
