I downloaded "debian-12.5.0-amd64-netinst.iso" from the website 
https://www.debian.org/. I would now like to carry out an Integrity & 
Authenticity check. Where can I find the sha256sum and sha256sum.sign files?

I summary: The stable release of Debian was not affected by this
security issue.
