Root Privilege Issue

Hello Sir

We Are Using Debian 9 With Gnome And We Have 2 Account One Is Root And
Other One Is User Account Recently We Change The User Account To
Administrator And After That We Cant Change The Administrator To Root And
While We Mount The Drive Its Ask For User Account Password Not Root
Password And We Change The User Privilege But Still It Ask For User
Password And UID/GID 1000 And We Also Remove The User Line In Sudoers But
Still It Ask User Password Only And Please Help Us.

PPPOECONF Issue

Hello Sir

This Is Aravind Kumar From India And I Recently Try To Converted My Laptop
To Server And My Laptop Is Intel Core 2 Duo With Debian 8.6 Jessie And My
Laptop Has No Lan Port So I Use External Lan Port And My Internet Provider
Use The PPPOE Configuration In Windows Server. And I Install PPPOECONF And
I Config It And Its Work For Few Days And Its Around 2 Days And After That
Its Show Bad Username And Password And My External Lan Is Also Not Detected
And I Check The External Lan In My Other Laptop Its Work And Its Show The
Details About The Connection But In Other Laptop Its Not Working And I
Remove The PPPOECONF And The External Lan Has Detected And I Request You To
Please Help To Get Out Of This Problem And I Need To Use PPPOECONF For My
Server to Host My Websites

4.0.2 Can You Please Help Us How To Install Kicad 4.0.4 In Debian Jessie
8.5 We Are Try To Build And We Try Using PPA But It Install Only Kicad 4.0.2

Shudown And Restart Issue

This Is Aravind From India

We Are Very Much Or Purely New To Debain And We Install Debian Jessie 8.6
In The Dell Inspiron i3551 And We Use Gnome GUI And While We Try To
Shutdown The Computer It Dont Shutdown Properly And When We Try To Restart
The Cmputer It Will Shutdown The System And We Didn't Know How To Solve The
Problem And We Google It About The Issue We Didn't Find The Proper Answer
For The Issue And We Are Requested The Team To Help Us To Resolve Problem.
