When individuals or e-mail addresses are banned from utilizing the BTS, these bans are published on debian-priv...@lists.debian.org. If you are a DD who has substantial questions or concerns regarding BTS bans, please send them to ow...@bugs.debian.org, not debian-priv...@lists.debian.org.
