Nope. It is/was goodbye-microsoft.com which is now used by gNewsnonsense. get.d.n offers currently no win32-loader, but I've no idea when they stopped it. I wasn't aware of goodbye-windows.com or that get.d.n stopped pointing at goodbye-microsoft.com. In any case, external sites are clearly the wrong place to put any Windows-based installer for Debian.
