Bug#129104: bug 129104 (buffer overflow + template reading in cgiemail)

Go ahead and write the code (or does there need to be more planning?); I'll do the debconf stuff + make up a sane default template telling people what to do when cgiemail stops working. Templates should live in /usr/share/cgiemail, right? 'Cause they're architecture-independent. Don't forget not to let people do something like "GET /cgi-bin/cgiemail/../../../etc/passwd" :-) > Colin Watson [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thanks, -thomas -- Thomas "resc" Smith <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> web: http://finbar.dyndns.org/ gpg key id 1024D/ACABA81E, fingerprint: 3A47 CFA5 0E5D CF4A 5B22 12D3 FF1B 84FE ACAB A81E pgp9rZ0j5aWpw.pgp Description: PGP signature
Bug#130199: backspace doesn't work
Package: xxgdb Version: 1.12-11 Pressing backspace in the Message window (the one with the gdb prompt) does nothing. Delete, ctrl-backspace, and Ctrl-H do nothing either. Since I am able to type commands in the Message window I should be able to backspace them. -- Tril 0. Byte <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> http://tril.tunes.org/ This message is placed in the public domain.
Bug#130084: german template file [playmidi 2.4-2]

I would suggest replacing everything starting after the comma with "sollten Sie nun alle Optionen angeben die für ihre Soundkarte notwendig sind." Otherwise the translation sounds very strange to a native german speaker. Wenn Sie diese Einstellung später verändern wollen, s/ohne/ohne zusätzliche/ would translate also the word "extra". Bug#130084: german template file [playmidi 2.4-2]
Package: playmidi Severity: wishlist Template: playmidi/options Type: string Description: Options for playmidi when invoked through MIME? This package sets up a MIME entry which allows your mail user agent and other applications to play MIDI files. As playmidi doesn't have a proper configuration file yet, you'll need to specify any options required for it to work with your sound hardware. . If you have an external MIDI device or an Ensoniq SoundScape, Turtle Beach WaveFront or WaveBlaster sound card, use `-e'. . If you have a Sound Blaster AWE32, use `-a'. . If you have a Gravis Ultrasound, use `-g'. . Otherwise, try leaving this blank -- many cards will work without extra flags. If you change your mind later, edit `/etc/playmidi/playmidi.conf'.
Bug#130077: please apply attached patch to support s390
Package: clisp Version: 2.27-0.2 Severity: serious Tags: patch Hi, could you please apply the attached patch to support s390. It consists mainly of the ffcall patch which I have already sent to the ffcall Debian maintainer and the upstream author. I have also disabled global register assignment on s390 for the lisp stack address which doesn't seem to work on s390. It builds then fine. Since clisp seems to be orphaned I will do a source NMU if nobody minds. Thanks, Gerhard clisp-s390.diff.gz Description: GNU Zip compressed data
