Bug#235784: ksplash: possible usage of update-alternatives
Package: ksplash Version: 4:3.1.5-2 Severity: wishlist -BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 We believe that the usage of update-alternatives on /usr/share/ksplash/pics/* would be a good idea. It would ease the install of custom ksplash themes. A possible way to do this, is to install the pics on other dir and link them to /usr/share/ksplash/pics using update-alternatives with a low priority. Done that, all we'd have to do would be install a new alternative for ksplash pics with a higher priority.
