Bug#329225: kitchensync: multisynk doesn't sync with addressbook or calendar
Package: kitchensync Version: 4:3.4.2-1 Severity: normal Multisynk synchronization feature does not work at all. When trying to synchronize an addressbook (either on kolab server or a local file) with a Familiar Linux iPAQ (Opie), synchronization hangs with message Retrieving from connector with connector being an addressbook connector, either configured to Kolab Server or a local file resource. Re-starting the sync process will produce a message Writing data back to iPAQ (or similar), but STDOUT will print No syncees available. When trying to synchronize a calendar, the connectors don't even connect to the iPAQ and hang at that point. No STDOUT output given. The Log inside Multisynk does not produce any helpful output, either. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.11.6-miraculix-amd64 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages kitchensync depends on: ii kdelibs4c2 4:3.4.2-3 core libraries for all KDE applica ii libc62.3.5-6 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libgcc1 1:4.0.1-2 GCC support library ii libice6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 Inter-Client Exchange library ii libkcal2b4:3.4.2-1 KDE calendaring library ii libkdepim1a 4:3.4.2-1 KDE PIM library ii libpng12-0 1.2.8rel-1 PNG library - runtime ii libqt3-mt3:3.3.4-8 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime v ii libsm6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 X Window System Session Management ii libstdc++6 4.0.1-2 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libx11-6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 X Window System protocol client li ii libxext6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 X Window System miscellaneous exte ii xlibs4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 X Keyboard Extension (XKB) configu ii zlib1g 1:1.2.2-4 compression library - runtime kitchensync recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Actually, I found that, somehow, a filter named, True had been activated. How the filter was created, I don't know since I didn't create it. I'm the only one who uses this machine, so I'm a bit puzzled as to where the filter came from. Once I deleted the filter and save the the KPrinter options, all KDE apps print correctly. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Bug#329281: kmix: 'mixer' button in task bar behaves odd
Package: kmix Version: 4:3.3.2-1 Severity: minor Hi, kmix's 'mixer' button does not behave correctly if there is an already minimized kmix main window on the desktop. Instead of bringing the already existing window to front, it completely closes it. The next click on the 'Mixer' button reopens the kmix window, but only in the background. It should appear in front of all other windows. In the case of kmix hidden by other windows, the task bar applet should check that and only bring the kmix to front. This report is only about usability, but although I obviously like kmix, it's still a little annoying bug :-) Bye, Onno -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (600, 'stable'), (300, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.12ok Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages kmix depends on: ii kdelibs4 4:3.3.2-6.1KDE core libraries ii libart-2.0-2 2.3.17-1 Library of functions for 2D graphi ii libasound21.0.9-3ALSA library ii libc6 2.3.5-6GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libfam0c102 2.7.0-6client library to control the FAM ii libgcc1 1:4.0.1-2 GCC support library ii libice6 6.8.2.dfsg.1-6 Inter-Client Exchange library ii libidn11 0.5.18-1 GNU libidn library, implementation ii libpng12-01.2.8rel-1 PNG library - runtime ii libqt3c102-mt 3:3.3.4-3 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime v ii libsm66.8.2.dfsg.1-6 X Window System Session Management ii libstdc++51:3.3.6-7 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libx11-6 6.8.2.dfsg.1-6 X Window System protocol client li ii libxext6 6.8.2.dfsg.1-6 X Window System miscellaneous exte ii libxrender1 1:0.9.0-2 X Rendering Extension client libra ii xlibs 6.8.2.dfsg.1-6 X Window System client libraries m ii zlib1g1:1.2.2-4 compression library - runtime kmix recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe.
