Bug#372856: krandrtray does correctly switch resolution on my setup

2006-06-12 Thread Eric Valette
Package: kcontrol
Version: 4:3.5.3-2
Severity: normal

I have a dual-head setup with with an ATI board using the following radeon
driver options:

   Option MergedFB true
Option DynamicClocks true
Option CRT2Position clone
Option MetaModes 1280x1024 1400x1050-1280x1024

krandrtray display correctly the two modes (1400x1050 and 1280x1024) but
when clicking on the desired resolution, it does not switch it correctly.
Using xrandr I get

 SZ:Pixels Physical Refresh
*0 1280 x 1024 ( 342mm x 272mm ) *-19557
 1 1400 x 1050 ( 342mm x 272mm ) -19557
Current rotation - normal
Current reflection - none
Rotations possible - normal
Reflections possible - none

And using xrandr -S 0/1 does switch the mode as expected. So I guess this
is a bug in krandrtray.

Bug#372564: kwalletmanager very often crashes at KDE Logout

2006-06-12 Thread Christian Schuerer
I can confirm that kwalletmanager crashes on _every_ logout (and blocks e.g.
shutdown). Interestingly, there is no kwalletmanager-icon in the taskbar
anymore. Calling the show() function via dcop pops up an empty window.

I can't confirm that these crashed cause a loss of the full KDE configuration.

Regards,

   Christian

Bug#372885: kde-devel-extras : should depend on kdevelop, not kdevelop3

2006-06-12 Thread Jeremy Laine
Package: kde-devel-extras
Version: 5:48
Severity: normal

KDevelop is now packaged as 'kdevelop' in Debian, kdevelop3 is just a
dummy package to facilitate upgrades. Could you please make kde-devel-extras
depend directly on 'kdevelop'?

Cheers,
Jeremy

Bug#372927: kget: pause all option and/or limits

2006-06-12 Thread michaelm
Package: kget
Version: 4:3.5.3-1
Severity: wishlist

the ability to right click on the icon and do pause all then resume
all would be great. in the same venue, limiting throughput would help.

Bug#373095: crash when quitting kalarm config windows

2006-06-12 Thread Bastian Kleineidam
Package: kalarm
Version: 4:3.5.2-1+b2
Severity: normal

Hi,

I can reliably reproduce a crash with starting kalarm, select
File - Import birthdays, Cancel the dialog window, then select
File - Quit. Attached is a backtrace with debug symbols.
If you need more data/test runs, just say so.

Regards,
  Bastian

Bug#321102: Further plans for possible data-loss bug in kmail

2006-06-12 Thread Marc 'HE' Brockschmidt
Heya,

321102 has been open for a long time now, but etch is relatively near
now (especially for a big and therefore slow-moving package like
kdepim). In the last few mails in the buglog disabling the dimap support
leading to this problem was proposed, but there hasn't been any reaction
to this in the last month. Could you please give a short overview and
tell us what you're planning to do about this?

Marc
