I just built kdeedu in both i386 and amd64 without problems. This looks like
some kind of transient problem in your build.

Ah no, this was actually a bug in boost that has been fixed now.
So fixed anyway!

Incomplete upload found in Debian upload queue

2008-04-09 Thread Archive Administrator
Probably you are the uploader of the following file(s) in
the Debian upload queue directory:
  qt4-x11_4.4.0~rc1-2.diff.gz
  qt4-x11_4.4.0~rc1-2.dsc
This looks like an upload, but a .changes file is missing, so the job
cannot be processed.

If no .changes file arrives within 23:29:01, the files will be deleted.

Bug#475169: [kaddressbook] KAdressbook doesn't handle UTF8 when the contacts are stored in an IMAP folder

2008-04-09 Thread Nicolas Sergent
Package: kaddressbook
Version: 4:3.5.9-2
Severity: important

Hi,

since the update of kaddressbook (and all kde-pim) from 3.5.8 to 3.5.9, I have
a problem with my contacts:
I store my contacts on an IMAP folder, and since the update, all the non-ASCII
characters are replaced by two squares. The problem is the same when I just
want to see the email in the IMAP Contacts folder with kmail...
However, when I save the vCard from kmail on my disk and re-import it, it is
displayed correctly, until I add a contact to my addressbook (or modify one,
or just close and re-launch kaddressbook).

Here is an example of a problematic vCard (actually, this is the source of
the email in the IMAP Contacts folder, copied from kmail):

There is no bug here. more or less as expected. Qt 4.4 includes much more
source than qt 4.3

And it will be even bigger if we end up building phonon from qt4.4 sources and
not from kde4libs sources.

Please reschedule on a better buildd.

I cannot unlink the ISA fan, how does it work?

First from Flash you cannot log from the microkernel for sending a GPU.

Bug#475333: FTBFS on parallel build (dpkg-buildpackage -j)

2008-04-09 Thread Robert Millan
Package: qt-x11-free
Version: 3.3.8b-5
Severity: important
Tags: patch

Fails to build from source on parallel build (dpkg-buildpackage -j2) due to
a race condition in debian/rules.

The first hunk fixes that, the rest fixes improper use of make that discards
make flags, making -j parameter useless.
