Bug#759618: recheck the option

kdelibs5-dev for powerpc missing
Hi, Kmail persistently crashes on me. It may be this bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=178319 I'm trying to recompile it, but kdelibs5-dev 4.2 for powerpc is missing.
