Actually, I expect that it's a leftover from when inotify wasn't found
in the headers everywhere yet.

 Er lamont do you even read the failures you paste in? sarti is
 segfaulting quite often, it probably has hardware issues... I saw other

I'm currently in the process of freshening sarti, and will do a massive
give-back after that is done.

This typically means that the package was mentioned in a dependency and
never uploaded, has been obsoleted or is not available with the contents
of sources.list
However the following packages replace it:
  libxslt1.1
E: Package libxslt1 has no installation candidate

Looks like kde needs to be rebuilt using libxslt1.1, rather than libxslt1.
