Package: kaddressbook Version: 4:3.5.9-2 Severity: important Hi,
since the update of kaddressbook (and all kde-pim) from 3.5.8 to 3.5.9, I have a problem with my contacts: I store my contacts on an IMAP folder, and since the update, all the non-ASCII characters are replaced by "two squares". The problem is the same when I just want to see the "email" in the IMAP Contacts folder with kmail... However, when I save the vCard from kmail on my disk and re-import it, it is displayed correctly, until I add a contact to my addressbook (or modify one, or just close and re-launch kaddressbook). Here is an example of a problematic vCard (actually, this is the source of the "email" in the IMAP Contacts folder, copied from kmail): ---begin--- From: Me <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Organization: blablabla X-KMail-Fcc: .495320637.directory/.INBOX.directory/Sent Subject: vCard AXQR72c0XK Date: Wed, 9 Apr 2008 14:50:41 +0100 User-Agent: KMail/1.9.9 Content-Type: Text/X-VCard; charset="utf-8" MIME-Version: 1.0 Status: RO X-Status: OC X-KMail-EncryptionState: X-KMail-SignatureState: X-KMail-MDN-Sent: X-UID: 261 BEGIN:VCARD CLASS:PUBLIC FN:à tester N:tester;à;;; NAME:à tester UID:AXQR72c0XK VERSION:3.0 END:VCARD ---end--- Let me know if there's anything else I could to to help...
