I just had a look in tasksel, and the kde-desktop task seem a bit slim
to be a full blown alternative to the gnome-desktop task.  Are anyone
in the Debian KDE team looking after the kde-desktop task?

This is what it look like at the moment:

Enhances: desktop
Provides: complete-desktop
