  fyi, this bug is fixed in testing-proposed-updates.

I confirm this bug. The problem is not only in selected icons (to
reproduce this try to select an icon with a right click) , but also
with transparency of menus with "Software Tint" .

This bug was also present in Sid a while ago, then in Sid this was
corrected and these broken packages are now in Sarge .
