Please report wishlist bugs for the actual upstream applcations yourself. It is quite easy to do so - there is even a "Report Bug..." menu item under the Help menu of most KDE applications. This saves the Debian packagers time, and also allows you to interact with the upstream developers, in case they have questions about implementation of the features you request. Wishlist bugs against the way an application is packaged for Debian should, of course, be filed in the Debian bts.
