When faced with characters outside the scope of ISO-8859-1, Javascript
function escape will properly use the %u format (where is the
hexadecimal notation for the Unicode code point). This is correct.
Unfortunately, when Konqueror actually tries to access an URL with
such an encoded string as a parameter, it will replace %u with
%25u. Therefore, the server will merely decode '%25' to '%' and
will leave 'u' as is. This is incorrect.
Konqueror must not escape '%u' characters sequences manually when
these are found in a requested URL. Firefox has a correct behavior
here.
