Hi,

afaics, the solution suggested by luk could be done (debconf).
Now, someone must implement debconf questions for /etc/kde3/kdm/Xaccess.

I would be happy to include a patch for that :)

for the record, Sune suggests:

The same is true for etc/pam.d/kdm where some people want to add auth
optional pam_group.so

Hi fellow maintainers :-)

Automatically configuring etc/kde3/kdm/Xaccess is not policy compliant
for the moment as one needs to edit a conffile.

A solution might be to include some debconf question...
