JFTR: we are very near to upload a new soprano version which will allow us to 
upload a new virtuoso version with some fixes, including the FTBFS.

But we need to solve soprano first.

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.
