Hi, You might have enabled it to start on you session you'll need to disable it in the system settings, Workspace Apearance and Behavior, Accessibility, Text-to-Speech in the General Tab, and unmark the Enable Text-To-Speech System (Jovie) checkbox. But it annoyingly re-starts.
