Bug#731394: Can't turn off Jovie -- keeps restarting like a virus

2014-07-25 Thread Maximiliano Curia
Hi,

You might have enabled it to start on you session you'll need to disable it in
the system settings, Workspace Apearance and Behavior, Accessibility,
Text-to-Speech in the General Tab, and unmark the Enable Text-To-Speech
System (Jovie) checkbox.

Have fun,

Bug#731394: Can't turn off Jovie -- keeps restarting like a virus

2013-12-04 Thread Steve M. Robbins
Package: jovie
Version: 4:4.11.3-1
Severity: normal

A week or two ago, I noticed that Jovie would start when I log in to
KDE. I have tried turning it off using the icon in the task bar. But
it annoyingly re-starts. How can I get rid of it?
