Bug#996767: upgrade-reports: KDE unstartable

2021-10-18 Thread Patrick Franz
Hi,

you have a mixed Plasma desktop: some parts are from 5.21.5, others from
5.23. Crucially, kdecoration is from 5.23 whereas kwin is from 5.21.5.
This causes serious trouble.

I wrote about a possible solution here:

Hi Hype,

Thanks for your report about the issues you encounter.

Interesting you choose to file this bug against upgrade-reports. Am I
correct you did so because you upgraded from bullseye to testing?

It seems your problem is related to KDE, hence I reassign to the
kde-standard package in the hope the maintainers there can help you further.

Understandably, the question is supposed to have said "oldstable" or
"buster".
