kde-common/admin/debianrules --enable-final removed
Hi, FYI, Coolo removed --enable-final on my request for HEAD only. You don't have to change anything in KDE_3_1_BRANCH (doesn't make sense anyway as that is known to work ok), so what needs to be done now is adding that to the debian/ rules where necessary for HEAD only.
