Do a web search for SSMTP -- it does exactly this.

Note that a number of mail applications deliver mail directly to
localhost via SMTP (eg MH) and that use of something like SSMTP will
repvent their use.

It's possible ? Can i apply otp to wu-ftpd or i must change the ftp server ?
