`init=/bin/sh` is what you're thinking of, but it won't work here,
since the drive is encrypted.

That's not an appropriate response, Daniel,

Please do not continue doing such rude things on Debian project resources.
Thank you.

It is unlikely that the people responsible for that are reading this

Is there a public mailing list?

ftpmas...@ftp-master.debian.org will get you to the ftpteam (nonpublic
ML), and the DSA are at debian-ad...@lists.debian.org (is public)

I take issue with this. I find this attitude really crappy. I'd strongly

I invite you to jump back down to earth and stop judging people as if

Subjective fix. It can still destroy your system, it can still delete
critical files, just not certain critical files.
 We've done it before too.

perhaps dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/root is a better solution?

if=/dev/urandom would be more fun, whereas /dev/random might stop
before doing too much damage, but restart when any action is done.

The latest case might be fun to see...

want to usubscribe rather then keep watching this ridiculous flame

Let's be big boys and gals and stop fighting.

except Debian pushes hard for their outbound mail host to be
