Thanks for your reply, the dual license "Phenoelit License" or "GPL-3"
will be given to debianized files.

Hi Vince,

I am updating DEP-5 copyright syntax with irpas, which was packaged by you.

The original copyright in irpas didn't explicitly declare license of
debian/* [1], could you tell me which license would you like to use?

I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
