Embedded code copy in python-scipy
Hi, It was recommended to me that I report to this list the fact that python-scipy bundles code from another upstream project [1]. (That upstream project isn't itself in Debian, but the ITP #811069 aims at adding it.) See also #778635. [1] http://users.iems.northwestern.edu/~nocedal/lbfgsb.html I am not subscribed to the list.
