netinst image looking for non-existant dir

2002-09-03 Thread Andrew Sharp
The netinst image at ~bcollins doesn't work because it's looking for
.../images-2.88/rescue.bin, but there is no images-2.88 directory, only
images-1.44. Is there somewhere else that I should be getting this? I
must say that going to www.debian.org and trying to get any cd image
pointers for sparc is really a bummer, it's just not represented at all.
That should really be fixed.

first : use brand new floppies... and then :
- -open your IPC,
- -remove the floppy,
- -remove the floppy cover,
- -make some house cleaning, remove dust...
- -use isopropylic alcohol to gently clean both heads.
- -wait for complete evaporation...
- -put the floppy cover in its place...
- -mount the floppy...
- -and : go ! :-)

It worked for my own dirty IPC (dust, metalic powers, pigeons drops...
retired from an open space plant...)
