The keyboard should surprisingly work, without the sun special keys though (help, the left key block, the top right block with power). That may be worth a bugreport, but I don't know xkb enough to tell what is wrong. (there is an error in X86 log when using sun keymaps and xf86cfg refuses to select those maps - and moreover hangs on sun framebuffers X drivers, for me). I would be interested in any valid keymap for that kind of keyboard.
