I've just uploaded linux-kernel-di-sparc-2.6 version 1.72, which 
enables these drivers in d-i, to unstable. Also verified that niu.ko 
is still there.

These drivers (igb/igbvf) are already enabled in the 3.0.0-1 kernel 
package, recently uploaded to unstable. I'll make necessary installer 
changes next week, once I'm back from vacation.
