Dear listmembers, dear Aurelien, sorry for the break - I myself had one. Thanks for the replies, the path is correct (try to add debian in the path, it will fail). My fault was the attempt to download gcc-3.3. This did not work here. dpkg -b gcc-3.3 What worked instead was to say dpkg -b gcc Don't ask me why, but I can live with that. (http://ftp.debian.org/pool seems to be properly linked for cases like this.) Dear listmembers, I tried in vain to do a apt-get source -b gcc-3.3 from different mirrors (stable), I am always told that the main gcc-sources are not found. Can anybody help?
