Ultra 5, Debian 4, xorg/video problem (PGX32), please help???

Hi,
This is my first post.. I have been looking for an answer/help on this for a
while and then I found this forum; startX just does not want to start...,
maybe you guys can help...

I installed Debian 4.0 rev0 stable.

I tried making changes on the xorg.conf file but not luck -changes I tried
since it seems to be also a Texas Instrument chip:
