 did you try:

 debian/dists/sid/* ?

I was going to ask about that... Which dist is which???

I thought that slink was the new devel dist. What the photon is sid?

(A Plea for help) I cant get pine to compile because there is not
a termcap-compat.deb for sparc. (straight src from cac.washington.edu) and
I cant find any debs for it src or compiled.

Please help me out with this. I have a Sparc LX thats gonig to be a little
user box and they will lynch me if there is not a copy of pine. :)

Thanks much in advance. And keep up the great work!

SPARC is not ready yet. It was NOT released as stable 2.0.
sid was made as a Constant devel dist. sid will NEVER be frozen
or releaced. As the stuff in slink becomes ready it will just quietly
be moved into the current devel dist when it is ready to be frozen
and releaced.

Sigh...I meant As the stuff in sid becomes ready not slink...
I know it was an obvious mistake ...
Isn't it nice to wake up and goto work and find first thing in the AM
that I made such a simple screweup :)

Heh, I got what you ment... Thanks for the info.
Now if I just get a copy of pine and pico... ;)

ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/stable/main/source/admin/
  termcap-compat_1.1.1.1.tar.gz

(In theory, you should be able to compile applications with terminfo
instead of termcap, or something like that, but I have found with nvi
that I needed to use termcap-compat because of bugs.)
