OpenBox + KDM session/power management.

2013-06-28 Thread Сту Деус
Good time of the day.

I use OpenBox + KDM. How i can organize:

. switching users
- locking current session (i can do this from shell script)
- starting new KDM session (this do not know how to do)

. shutting down machine
- quitting openbox (this can be done from bash)
- shutting machine (shutdown directly does not work for
privileges issue, so i want to use KDM's blessings)

. resetting machine (same thing)

I have read a lot of material yet did not find what i want:

. touching not sudoers file at all

. using KDM (kdmctl?) or other light weight DMs rather than GMD-base
solutions to reach my goals.

Thank you for advance.

Alright, the trick was in exit first from openbox -- in the script:
otherwise it stood scheduled.

Solved. Thanks to everyone who participated. :o)
