I was wondering what does "errno 2" mean when executing "startx"...this
error is apparently holding me back from running XWindows.  Please
respond soon

I'm running Debian 1.3.1 with 2.0.30 kernel on a 586/32Mram

ELF -- a.out ?

Hello,

I'm writing to ask if there is a Debian 1.3 release 
that uses the ELF format rather than a.out and if yes, could someone be so kind 
as to point out to me an ftp site that has the install disks so I can have a 
running ELF system?

Xwindows 3.3 requires that there be an elf 
system.

I'm writing to satisfy my curiousity on why the llinux kernel 2.0.30 is in

the unstable archives. When a.b.c  and b is even the file is stable.

what is the best way to upgrade the kernel for a linux Debian v1.2?
