validar samba en Active Directory
Hola! Tengo una maquina con Samba que me gustaria validar contra un active directory en W2K,pero no lo consigo. La configuracion de kerberos parece funcionar pues puedo listar los tickets y renovarlos sin problemas. La configuracion de nss ldap imagino que esta bien pues puedo realizar consultas en la base de datos de active directory con ldapsearch -x. Tengo configurado nsswitch.conf La configuracion de samba es lo que creo que falla. tengo puesto security = ADS pero si le paso passdb backend = ldapsam:ldap://dominio.es es cuando el log empieza a llenarse de intentos fallidos para encontrar un servidor acabando con el siguiente mensaje(si no se lo pongo no hay error pero tampoco valida usuarios :P ) [2005/10/10 11:49:33, 1] lib/smbldap.c:another_ldap_try(1011) Connection to LDAP server failed for the 15 try! Iptables logs file

No se si contesto a tu pregunta porque con el pedazo de mail que has escrito me podria tirar por lo menos dos minutos mas, pero para que quede constancia en la lista para gente que tenga problema al recibir la direccion por dhcp desde un modem de ONO, hay que tener en cuenta que el modem memoriza la mac a la que ha repartido la direccion y si se conecta a otra tarjeta de red es imprescindible desconectar de la corriente el modem de ono un minutillo para que coja la nueva mac y te reparta la direccion. When i start with the older kernel i don't swap the network cables.. never swap the network cables! Network fails in 2.6.12
Hi! I'm compiling a 2.6.12 kernel in a hp tc2110 server ( http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/tc2110/ ) with 2 ethernet cards, one is a 3com 3c905 Tornado (3c59x) Intel and another 82801BA/BAM/CA/CAM (e100). When i start with the original sarge kernel, it runs well, but when i run with my 2.6.12 configuration, the network cards seem run well, the dmesg show me a normal startup, and later i'm try make a ping or another thing and no response are received...
