pc doesn't start
Hi It's isn't a very debian-specific question, but the os on the pc is debian:P I just want to ask, that what could be the problem, when after shutdown, it doesn't start? The fans doesn't start, no nothing, i have maybe some clues: i installed before lm-sensors, and it wrote ALARM for some voltage values [about ~6 alarm captionsxD from the ~10] so... i don't have a backup psu, but i think that could be the problem. what else could it be? ps.: i could bring the pc to life, when i take out the bios battery for a few minutes:O so i'm not 100% sure that the psu is bad:S Thank you

Try it without the Limit GET POST etc. All you should need is: AuthUserFile /home/username/.htpasswd AuthName Private Area AuthType Basic require valid-user Please let us know if that helps. -- Bob Cox. debian no client name??
Hi I don't know what's the problem, i just can't figure it out: I install standard debian etch without gui, i give hostname at install, etc, and when i log in the console, and i install ssh [apt-get install ssh openssh-server] i just can't ssh from an ubuntu, but i have done this before, but for some reason it just didn't works now :( i have some clue: i have a router [the two pc's are connected to it - TL-WR-543G] and in the DHCP client list, it says Client name: none - for the debian machine [i now it is it, because the ip match, [i set the address reservation in the router]] anyone could help please? ps.: sorry for my grammar:D
Debian UPS
Hi 1 - Where could i check if a UPS is compatible for Debian Etch or not? I don't want to buy an expensive ups, then realize it doesn't work with it :S 2 - Why is that, in console, under Debian Etch, i hit CapsLock, and not all the letters, that i type are uppercase, but they are mixed, like this: TfZrJtSD?? :S
