Debian stable bootable CD image?

2001-11-03 Thread Stan Brown
I'm in the process of trying to figure out how to use a new CD recorder
(first one for me). It occurs to me that a simple test would be to burn an
image of the Debian bootable CD image.

Where can I find such an image?

I'v poked around a bit on the web site, and I can't seem to find a simple
prepared image. I think I need a ISO iamge, corect?

Windows 98: n.
useless extension to a minor patch release for 32-bit extensions and
a graphical shell for a 16-bit patch to an 8-bit operating system
originally coded for a 4-bit microprocessor, written by a 2-bit
company that can't stand for 1 bit of competition.

As a wise man recently said,
http://linuxiso.org/ has them,
other places can be found on the debian.org web site
if you lie about how you will be doing the install.

Let us know if you have any difficulties.

Best regards,
Lloyd
