I know. It's twisted. I never did figure out how a working copy ended up on master. Then, I think the autobuilder uploaded a new one and that ended that. I have a few other versions of gcc/egcs laying around, though, so if it ends up being a compiler issue, I can test all of that out too. C

Actually now that I think about it, gnomeicu didn't work a few months back and then all of a sudden it started working (for about one month) then to where it is now... Ron

Argh. Another case for debugging and/or removing. Something's getting brain-damaged during the build somehow. I've tried doing all of the normal stuff (removing optimisation, etc) and nothing worked for gnomeicu. I'm going to keep plugging on it C

I got one of them to work AWHILE ago, but have since lost the patches in my machine migration (from a UDB to an SX164). Has anyone else been working on this? If not, I guess I can try to mess with it more once I'm done with some other freeze-related stuff. Either that or we should have this package removed from the Alpha dist until we can get it working. GnomeICU dies
Hello all; I'm running potato (updated 2000-01-22) and GnomeICU has been dying with this error for *several* weeks: Gdk-ERROR **: BadDrawable (invalid Pixmap or Window parameter) serial 9 error_code 9 request_code 134 minor_code 1 Sometimes it runs for 1 second and other times for as long as 10, but always dies with that. I kept hoping this would be fixed but as of Saturday it hasn't been. Any ideas? TIA, Ron
