Ian. I know exactly how you feel. We wonder how do we show the rest of the world that this jerk is so far from what 99.99% of us is like. Still, I'm confident that most of the people on this list realise that we're not all like that. Still, I would like to see that jerk go down. How dare he try to make us look that bad? That's what gets to me the most, that he doesnt have the decency to consider that he's an example of everything that is against our culture. He probably votes for Pauline Hanson John P. Foster Australian, and damn proud of it. Don't worry that much, Ian. If you are ashamed of being Australian, then I should commit suicide for being Argentinian, just take a look at the news, if some ever reach the newspaper out there. Each one is condemned by its own words, and no one else. > Its people like this who give the world the impression that we > (Australians) are still a bunch of convicts instead of intelligent > residents of the 'Lucky Country'. > > On behalf of all the educated Australians, I pray that you do not > judge us all by the occasional fool. Just keep working on your matters and send the trash to /dev/null. BTW I must admit that, even though I don't like this list flooded with so much Off-Topic, sometimes I found it really funny... ::)) Daniel -- "There is no spoon..." - The Matrix

We are not all ignorant. Only an idiot would judge a whole country/continent on the actions of one person. (Keep that in mind, all you non-Americans out there!) No worries, mate. ;-} Paul (American)

For once I am ashamed to be Australian.. No, I will never be ashamed of being an Australian. I am however ashamed to be living in the same country (and the same state) as someone who is so rude and naive and abuses the rest of the world like a spoilt child who believes that he is the only one who matters, and cannot even be bothered to read the bottom of an email to learn how to unsubscribe. Its people like this who give the world the impression that we (Australians) are still a bunch of convicts instead of intelligent residents of the 'Lucky Country'. On behalf of all the educated Australians, I pray that you do not judge us all by the occasional fool. We are not all ignorant. Bring it on, masochist. I've CC'd your upstream just so everyone's on the same page. You subscribed to the list, you sent a confirmation email, now you threaten because it sends you stuff. WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?! I beg of optushome to redirect all mail for [EMAIL PROTECTED] to /dev/null and save us all problems.
