It is not for the faint of the heart, as the package description says, but it is surely a good thing to have in mind when you are tight on space. hi ppl, Rogério Brito wanted us to know: the package `debian-goodies' contains dpigs, a script which will give you the biggest installed packages. That should help you identify the priority packages to remove if you don't need them. thank you all for great hints/ideas. There seems to be a plenty of good tools for debian to cope with such problems. I my case it seems there are no big packages that can be deleted to free space, but I have found some unpartitioned space on my hard drive. http://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2005/11/msg02154.html Regards, -- Realos -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe.
