murphy.debian.org (huge queues, spamcop listed)

Basically, murphy is under heavy load since lots of mail servers are now
rejecting its mail and the queue continues to grow longer.

Clearly something wrong.  This list averages 150 email a day normally.  Now it 
is down in the 50-some range.  Perhaps the server needs maintenance?
