I had to change from using the uk mirror to using ftp.debian.org due to needing to install something and the need to upgrade the qt libs was blocking me :( I shall try changing back now, because my download speed from this server is pretty low! I'll give it a few more days and deal with the backlog. I'll presume that this refresh will also clear out the old apt related bug.
