irc.ca.us.openprojects.net

There is a list of sites on their WWW site http://web.openprojects.net/
I have had the same problems with irc.debian.org...

http://web.openprojects.net/services/irc.html = is the list of IRC
servers...

I don't have problems resolving that hostname at the moment. irc.debian.org
is round-robin'ed to these IP-numbers:
