Olá, estava procurando um script de inicialização para mars-nwe em Debian e vi a dúvida sobre o pacote para essa distribuição. Eu encontrei um pacote com extensão .deb Estou configurando nesse momento, o único problema que tive com ela até agora é a bendita inicialização (acho que o script está errado). Aqui está o que li na internet que fala sobre a licença do mars_nwe: http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/1997/08/msg00730.html. O que li não foi suficiente para retirar minhas dúvidas. Procurei de novo no respositório via ftp não achei nada de mars. Mas uma tal de maria eu achei, hehehe Cada nome! Bom vamos voltar ao trabalho braçal. Compilar o maldilento do mars_nwe. This is 0.99pl8 which requires no patches to get running on libc6, unlike previous editions. Thanks to Marcus for letting me know about this, and for making me get around to releasing the package. Caveats: it spits out some ugly startup messages, which I haven't removed yet, so I'm not going to upload it to master just yet. Also, on my system, it still won't die -- I can't kill the thing, I even send it SIGSEGV and it just notes in the log and keeps running. I'll give it a try and maybe look a bit into that. In the long run, it would be nice to have also the free dos tools packaged (if they are worth it, don't know), and have a small default configuration in /var/.../novell, to which a sysadmin can link other dir's or filesystems into. Especially section 1 could then provide a sensible default. Just an idea. Thank you again!
