Hi! * debian [EMAIL PROTECTED] [050512 16:18]: Does anyone know if zabbix will be available on debian via apt-get in the future ? www.zabbix.org I use it now for over a year and it's really a great program! There has been an ITP (intent to package) to create packages. See http://bugs.debian.org/188748. However, it seems that there hasn't been any activity for quite some time. I'm cc'ing Michael Ablassmeier, who once was interested in creating packages. Michael, what's the status? I'm cc'ing Michael Ablassmeier, who once was interested in creating packages. Michael, what's the status? Well. I once prepared some premilitary packages (as you might know from reading the bugreport logs) more than one year ago. I dont know if they still build/work or are policy compliant. Also, im still interested but i think it might be better to have it team-maintained (the main part of the packaging stuff should be done from scratch imho). If there are any other people (an already-debian-developer would be nice to have as im still stuck in the nm queue) are interested in doing so, i would be happy to create a project on alioth. bye, - michael -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFChmQrEFV7g4B8rCURAtY3AKDVUxDWZXcam54pR9WM9g4e6bnqMgCeJznm FJSJqstgWAVxy5W1L2WLb7Q= =LDMW -END PGP SIGNATURE-
