Sorry, that was written before I installed 0.8-2 ... everything is now working properly. Cheers, Adam. Thanks, I deleted ' /home/adam/.thunderbird/default/xx/compreg.dat ' and it worked. Adam. Alexander Sack wrote: I will upload a new package soon. At least I had to do that for thunderbird in gentoo and debian. it sucks a bit, I don't know if this is a thunderbird bug in genereall, or some other bad thing. lg, clemens -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFBS+1+jBz/yQjBxz8RAj9HAKDcjjRW0U9R7v5kew6uy84WAkRZ0gCgjw/0 CzGEuW6D8NoQeJ7Zbc1Vjeg= =VLqN -END PGP SIGNATURE- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Thunderbird 0.8 folder bug ?
I am not sure if this is a Debian or Thunderbird problem so I am posting to both lists. Having apt-upgraded to Thunderbird 0.8 I find the central pane completely blank so that I can not see the contents of my inbox, or of any other box or folder. It remains blank. I read the intro to the Thunderbird list explaining about the new Global Inbox and can't help wondering if this problem is not unconnected. I've closed and reopened Thunderbird a few times with no change - it seems to be more than a deb packaging issue. Adam Bogacki.
