The "Graphical" programs are supposed to explain themselves. (If not, then its hard to help with them via mail, i fear.) The "Command Line" programs normally need reading of the manual pages or search for examples in the web. If you describe more exactly what you want to achieve, maybe i can make a proposal. E.g. which files do you want to bring onto your first medium of what type (CD, DVD, BD) ? How do you plan to read or use this medium ? Have a nice day :) Thomas
