Which X Server?

My video card is a Diamond SpeedStar Pro with the Cirrus Logic
CL-GD5426 chip.

Which X server should I use?  I want to run -bpp 16 color depth.

I used the SVGA driver with one of these.  It's been a few years, but I
believe it worked with -bpp 16.
