Re: dpkg-divert error
Hi!, well, I finally remove kdelock-knoppix and now everything works fine. I didn't do it before because I was not sure about what could happen. But obviusly this kdelock-knoppix was something I didn't need. Thank You for all your answers! On Wednesday 10 November 2004 12:50, Nikita V. dpkg-divert error
Hi! I am working with debian sid, upgraded from knoppix. When I try to install kdebluetooth I find the following error: Unpacking kdebluetooth (from .../kdebluetooth_0.0.cvs20041016-1_i386.deb) ... dpkg-divert: `diversion of /usr/bin/kdesktop_lock to /usr/bin/kdesktop_lock_nobt by kdebluetooth' clashes with `diversion of /usr/bin/kdesktop_lock to /usr/bin/kdesktop_lock.orig by kdelock-knoppix' dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/kdebluetooth_0.0.cvs20041016-1_i386.deb (--unpack): subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 2 I had a look at the dpkg-divert man page but it doesn't help too much since it doesn´t explain how to solve such a problem. Any idea? Thanks!
